We were so glad we chose Rachel Stamm as our agent. We knew our home wasn’t going to be easy to sell. It was a teardown on a long narrow lot with challenging setbacks and a view easement on top of all that! Every time I see skyrocketing rents in the city, I take a deep breath and silently thank Rachel for helping us lock in a place of our own with affordable monthly payments. Rachel was very patient with us as first time home buyers and pulled off the impossible–she found us a place near a bus line, within our budget, and without having to wildly overpay or waive an inspection. She did this in three months when we assumed it could take up to a year.
