When we find the right home, I have the experience and knowledge to bring to the negotiating table to be sure that the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. I’m a stickler for details and have been told by more than one agent on the “other side”, that I write a darn clean contract. That protects everyone in the transaction through to a secure closing.
I accompany you on the inspection to be sure that we all have an accurate understanding of any issues that come up so that I can represent those issues clearly to the selling party.
